On the night of Tuesday, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. Nine people were injured, and at least 15 houses were damaged in the Industrial district, reported the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov. Another strike hit the Nemyshlyansky district of the city, and the consequences are being clarified.
The Chernihiv region was subjected to a massive combined strike, damaging a heating facility and an energy facility, leaving part of the region without electricity.
Chernihiv itself was completely blacked out after the attack, and critical infrastructure was switched to alternative power sources. "Chernihivvodokanal" urged people to stock up on water, and the timeline for restoring electricity is currently unknown.
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with 6 missiles and 98 drones.
