As reported by SOTAvision* correspondent, lawyer Sergey Loktev petitioned for the court to summon Mikhail Nikolaev, who filed the police report, and police officer Mikhail Rumyantsev, who drafted the protocol, which was only signed today. The judge denied all defense motions.
Alexander Orlov disagreed with the accusation. He stated that it was a spontaneous performance with friends that did not obstruct pedestrian movement. Orlov also mentioned that he was unaware that such performances needed to be coordinated, as other groups, in his observation, perform without coordination.
Previously, the band's vocalist Diana Loginova and drummer Vladislav Leontyev were arrested for 13 days.
