The Dzerzhinsky court arrested the 18-year-old lead singer of the group «StopTime» Diana Loginova, known as Naoko, for 13 days under the article on organizing a mass gathering of citizens that led to a breach of public order, reported the «Rotonda» correspondent from the courtroom.
As SOTAvision* writes, lawyer Maria Zyryanova filed motions to call Diana's mother, the police officers who drew up the protocol, and the prosecutor to support the charges as witnesses. The lawyer also requested to call a certain citizen Nikolaev as a witness. The case materials include his statement that Naoko's street concert disturbed him. All defense motions were rejected by the court.
The protocol on Loginova was drawn up due to a performance on October 11 at the «Ploshchad Vosstaniya» metro station. The police indicated that about 70 people listened to the concert, which, according to law enforcement, hindered pedestrian traffic and blocked the metro entrance.
During the hearing, the judge played a recording of the «StopTime» group's performance, where the musicians performed the song Noize MC* «Bright Stripe».
Loginova herself stated that she did not organize anything in advance, and her listeners did not disturb anyone.
It was previously reported that a protocol was also drawn up against Naoko under the article on «discrediting» the army. It has not yet been submitted to the court.
Loginova was detained the day before. She spent the night at the police station. She was brought to court in handcuffs. According to «Bumaga», the guitarist and drummer of «StopTime» were also subjected to prosecution, they were detained too, but were not brought to court.
Diana Loginova is 18 years old. She studies at the Rimsky-Korsakov Music College and sings in the group «StopTime», which performs songs by «foreign agents».
In one of the published videos, which went viral online, the musicians perform the song «Cooperative „Swan Lake“» by rapper Noize MC, which a Russian court banned in May, stating that it «uses derogatory and insulting characteristics that can be identified with a figure symbolizing the people of the Russian Federation».
