On the evening of October 13, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, causing a fire in the Saltivskyi district. A hospital was hit, seven people were injured, 50 hospital patients experienced an acute stress reaction, reported the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov. 57 patients were transferred to another hospital.
In the Kupiansk district, five people were injured, several private houses were damaged, and cars were burned.
