The Dzerzhinsky District Court of Perm, on October 4, arrested a 15-year-old local resident. He is accused of 'attempted terrorism', reported 'Kommersant'.
According to the investigation, he set fire to a metal battery-type cabinet located near the railway tracks. However, the cabinet did not contain signaling, centralization, and blocking equipment that could affect the safety of train traffic. Seeing strangers, the teenager fled the scene.
The investigation also stated that the young person had previously 'already committed illegal acts, is prone to deviant behavior and vagrancy'.
Previously, the teenager was charged with attempting a similar crime. In September, the court chose a preventive measure for the minor in the form of house arrest. This time he was sent to a pre-trial detention center until December 1.
