In St. Petersburg, a criminal case was initiated against a 35-year-old man for graffiti «Peace to the World»

As «Fontanka» writes, in early October, a 35-year-old native of the Saratov region was detained near the Moscow railway station in St. Petersburg, suspected of vandalism. He was charged for graffiti made back in June.

He was charged and released on bail. According to the investigation, the man used a stencil to leave at least two graffiti «Peace to the World», one at house 115 on the Fontanka embankment, the other near the Liteyny Bridge on the Arsenalnaya embankment side. Both cases were classified as vandalism

During the arrest, he stated that the graffiti reflected his civic position. After which, the center «E» began checking the man's actions for extremism and terrorism.
