An administrative protocol was drawn up against activist Alexey Naumov under the article on spreading false information in the media that poses a threat to public safety, as he himself reported on his page on «VKontakte».
The reason was a video published by Naumov on November 16, in which he shared his opinion about a document allegedly instructing officials and civil servants to evacuate due to bombings without warning residents. The publication «Lenta.ru» wrote that this is fake, however, Naumov himself did not speak about the authenticity of the document in the video, he only urged his followers to contact the authorities on safety issues and prepare items in case of an emergency.
He also urged residents to unite in «Rescue Committees», prepare an «emergency suitcase», and demand that the authorities ensure the safety of the population.
«In 2022, we already started raising this issue. And how surprised we were that after 2 years the situation has practically not changed. Do they want to shift the blame for inaction onto us? Dismissing the head of the Civil Defense and Emergency Management every time inaction is revealed is not a solution to the problem. Work on civil defense and population protection is needed», Naumov believes.
As noted by «7×7»*, after the US allowed Ukraine to use American long-range weapons, unknown individuals posted flyers with similar calls in Belgorod, Vladimir, and Yekaterinburg.
