On the evening of October 27, Russian military dropped four KABs on Kharkiv, damaging residential infrastructure in a private sector. At night, they attacked three residential areas.
As a result of the airstrike, apartments on the top floor of a nine-story building were partially destroyed, windows in the building were shattered, reported the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov. 21 people were injured, including five children. Emergency rescue operations have been underway at the site of the strike since the night.
Also, that night, Russian troops attacked critical infrastructure energy facilities in the Sumy region with drones. Emergency power outages began in the region.
